Family Gathering Recap
A few times each year we get our members together to pray and discuss what's next for our church. Last week we enjoyed time together as a family and prayed for God to bless this next season. Our vision prayer card can be found here.
As we gathered together we prayed through several prompts, you can find each of them below:
Financial
Pray that the people of The Summit would receive and respond to the invitation of financial generosity.
Missional
Pray for God to provide regular opportunities to put the love of Jesus on display.
Pray for God to provide clarity on specific needs in our City and how you can get involved.
Pray for God to provide the name of one person who you can pour his love into this season.
Family Ministries
For the kids in our church to grow in their relationship with God. That they would love HIM and HIS CHURCH.
For God to open doors for our church to love the kids and families in our neighborhood and welcome them into our community
For God to provide more adults to love our kids through our kids ministry and eventually youth ministry. That our church family would develop a vision to invest in the next generation and seek ways to do that as individuals.
City Groups
That God would grow/increase in the hearts of our people a desire to be like the wise man who took Jesus’ words seriously and put them into practice.
That in/through our practice, our love of God and our love for others would grow.
