Life Together
Church isn’t a place—we’re a people.
God invites us into a deeply relational life. Spiritual growth—and our becoming who He made us to be—doesn’t happen in isolation. It unfolds over time in trusted relationships where we’re known, stretched, and encouraged, gathered around Jesus.
The word church comes from the Greek for “assembly”—a gathered people. That’s why we meet on Sundays and throughout the week in smaller communities shaped by friendship, honest conversation, and shared practices like prayer, generosity, rest, and growing to live more fully in the way of Jesus.

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.

City Groups are intentional, long-term communities of men and women (usually 8–15 people) who meet in homes across Greater Denver. These midweek gatherings are an extension of our life together at The Summit—sharing meals, opening Scripture, practicing spiritual disciplines, and building meaningful relationships.
Because City Groups are central to life at The Summit, we ask everyone to attend our Essentials Class before joining one. It’s hosted every six weeks.
